GlenGuard FR Hi-Vis

Safety in low-vis environments starts with the right vest, but true protection runs deeper than just a reflective surface. GlenGuard FR Hi-Vis combines ANSI-compliant visibility with inherent flame-resistant protection in a fabric built for all-day wear.

Protection that Goes Beyond Visibility

Your vest is your first line of defense. GlenGuard FR Hi-Vis makes sure it acts like one, delivering the highest standard of multi-hazard defense in a cooler, more comfortable fabric.
  • ANSI compliant for enhanced safety in low-vis conditions
  • Inherently flame-resistant for continuous protection
  • Built to withstand both flash fire and arc flash hazards
  • “No Melt, No Drip” fabric that won’t liquefy during heat exposure
  • Available in woven and mesh constructions for all-day compliance

Arc Flash (ASTM F1506, ASTM F1959, NFPA 70E)
  • ASTM F1506: The standard performance specification for flame-resistant and electric arc-rated protective clothing worn by workers potentially exposed to an electric arc flash and related thermal hazards.
  • ASTM F1959: The standard test method used to determine the arc rating (ATPV or EBT) of flame resistant textiles and fabric systems.
  • NFPA 70E: Establishes safe work practices to protect employees from electrical hazards by providing guidance on hazard risk assessments, energized work procedures and the selection of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Flash Fire (NFPA 2112)
NFPA 2112: Protects workers from flash fire exposure and related injury.
Low-Visibility (ANSI/ISEA 107)
Establishes performance specifications - including color and retroreflectivity - to ensure workers remain visible in low-visibility environments.
Electrostatic Decay (EN 1149)
  • EN 1149-3:Test method used to determine a material's ability to dissipate static electricity.
  • EN 1149-5: Protects workers against electrostatic hazards in combustible environments.
Trusted Compliance
TRUSTED COMPLIANCE
