GlenGuard 6.1 oz RipStop

Features an entwined ripstop construction for extra durability and a contrasting texture compared to standard workwear. Ideal for reinforcing stress areas, pants, coveralls, and more while remaining lightweight and comfortable.

GlenGuard FR Knit

Engineered for comfort and flexibility while maintaining durability and protection, making it easier to wear AR/FR compliantly. This lightweight, four-way mechanical stretch knit fabric is the most versatile fabric for any situation, from the office to the job site to the bar after work.

Arc Flash (ASTM F1506, NFPA 70E, IEC 61482-1-1, IEC 61482-1-2)
  • ASTM F1506: The standard performance specification for flame-resistant and electric arc-rated protective clothing worn by workers potentially exposed to an electric arc flash and related thermal hazards.
  • NFPA 70E: Establishes safe work practices to protect employees from electrical hazards by providing guidance on hazard risk assessments, energized work procedures and the selection of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • IEC 61482-1-1: The international test method used to determine the arc rating (ELIM, ATPV and/or EBT) and thermal protective properties of protective textiles when exposed to an open arc flash.
  • IEC 61482-1-2: The international test method used to determine and assign the Arc Protection Classes (APC 1 or APC 2) of protective textiles when exposed to a constrained (box) arc flash.
Flash Fire (NFPA 2112)
Protects workers from flash fire exposure and related injury.
Other Flame + Thermal Exposure (NFPA 1950, NFPA 1970, ISO 11612, CGSB 155.22)
  • NFPA 1950 (NFPA 1977): Safeguards firefighters against a wide range of adverse environmental effects encountered when performing wildland firefighting operations.
  • NFPA 1970 (NFPA 1975): Ensures that the non-primary clothing for emergency services personnel (i.e. station wear and work uniforms) is flame-resistant and will not exacerbate a burn injury.
  • ISO 11612: An international standard designed to protect workers against open flame and other thermal hazards.
  • CGSB 155.22: The Canadian standard used to establish minimum performance requirements for fireline workwear used by wildland firefighters.
